Before we start
A little preparation goes a long way.
Bring your business details, services, service areas, existing website and any approved brand assets or photographs.
For Essential, supply your approved copy. For Professional and Growth, we develop the copy with you and ask you to review it for accuracy.
We confirm the page count, integrations, recurring costs, revision rounds and delivery schedule in your proposal.
Before we launch
Review first. Launch properly.
You approve the content and design. We check mobile layouts, forms, keyboard navigation, metadata, redirects and performance.
If you have an existing website, we inventory its URLs and review the migration map before replacing it.
Support after launch is included for 14 days with Essential, 30 days with Professional and 90 days with Growth. Ongoing changes and managed services are agreed separately.
