What we collect

When you enquire, you may provide your name, business name, email, phone number, website and project details. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

How we use it

Follent.net uses your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss a proposal and provide services you request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Campaign attribution

When the enquiry form is enabled, Formtrack may include ref, referrer and UTM campaign parameters from the Contact page URL with your submission. It does not preserve campaigns across pages or infer a referring website from your browser. The script is supplied through unpkg. Enquiries still work without this optional tracking script.

Service providers

When enabled, Formspark processes and stores enquiry submissions and sends email notifications. These services may process information outside Australia. Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. If spam verification is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions.

Retention and requests

Retention arrangements are pending business review before enquiries are enabled.

Analytics

Google Analytics is configured but loads only after you choose to allow it. It helps us understand use of the website. Form contents are never sent as analytics events.
